About the Job

We are looking for a highly dependable Professional Driver to safely transport company personnel, equipment, materials, and business-related deliveries. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, punctual, customer-oriented, and capable of maintaining the highest level of professionalism while operating company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.


• Transport company personnel, equipment, materials, and confidential documents as assigned.


• Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.


• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.


• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance.


• Monitor fuel levels, service schedules, and vehicle performance.


• Keep accurate mileage, trip, fuel, and maintenance records.


• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.


• Provide courteous and professional interactions with clients, vendors, and team members.


• Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations and travel schedules.


• Respond effectively to unexpected travel changes, traffic conditions, and emergencies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required


• No major traffic violations or DUI convictions within the last 10 years.


• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.


• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Professional appearance and demeanor.


• Ability to lift up light luggage when necessary.

Bonus Points

• CDL/Chauffeur License is a plus


• Executive chauffeur or corporate driving experience a plus


• Experience transporting sensitive equipment or business executives.


• DOT compliance knowledge.


• GPS navigation and route optimization expertise.


• Experience with logistics, dispatch coordination, or delivery management.

Salary/Compensation: $34.00 - $47.00 per hour
