DSP/Caregivers/CNAs

St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers/CNAs to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings in Waukesha and Brookfield. In this role, you will assist with personal care, daily living skills, medication administration, transportation, and community outings while promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion. You will follow individual care plans, document services, and collaborate with a supportive, mission-driven team.
