DSV Aurora Hiring Now Site Moving to Plainfield, IL in September 2026

Location: 800 Bilter Road, Aurora, IL

DSV in Aurora is actively recruiting dependable, motivated candidates to join our fast-paced distribution center. We will be relocating the entire site to Plainfield, IL starting September 2026. We are currently hiring for Forklift Operators, General Warehouse Associates, Warehouse Customer Service Agents, and Team Leads. Positions are available across all shifts with permanent opportunities after relocation.

Available roles and starting pay:

• 1st Shift Forklift Operators: $19.00 per hour


• 1st Shift General Warehouse Associates: $16.94 per hour


• Customer Service Agents: $20.47 per hour


• Team Leads: $20.56 per hour


• $2.00 shift differential for all second shift roles

Daily responsibilities vary by role but may include operating powered industrial trucks, order picking and packing, quality control, inventory management, receiving and shipping materials, answering customer inquiries, and supervising team workflows for leads. Candidates should be prepared for standing and walking for most of the shift, occasional lifting, and working in a warehouse environment that emphasizes safety and productivity.
