Practice/Organization Details:
•  Flexible scheduling with 7 shifts per two-week period
•  Options include 7-on/7-off or 3 shifts one week / 4 shifts the next
•  Evening coverage is preferred
•  Annual volume of less than 5,000 visits equating to about 14 patients per day
•  No admissions or rounding responsibilities
•  W2 or 1099 can be considered

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Choose between a base salary or $275/hour 1099 rate
•  Comprehensive benefits package includes a $50,000 sign-on
