Practice/Organization Details:
* Flexible scheduling with 7 shifts per two-week period
* Options include 7-on/7-off or 3 shifts one week / 4 shifts the next
* Evening coverage is preferred
* Annual volume of less than 5,000 visits equating to about 14 patients per day
* No admissions or rounding responsibilities
* W2 or 1099 can be considered

Compensation & Benefits:
* Hospital employed base salary offered or 1099 hourly rate
* Comprehensive benefits package includes a $50,000 sign-on
