CHI St. Alexius Health in Dickinson, ND is hiring experienced Emergency Medicine Physicians who want flexibility, high compensation, and the opportunity to make a real impact. • Trauma Level: IV

• Volume: 1.5 patients/hour

• Shifts: 12-hour shifts | 24 hrs/day of physician coverage

• Support: 12 hrs/day of APP assistance during peak times

• EMR: Meditech

• Procedures: Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, OB/GYN, Procedural Sedation, Resuscitation & more

• $275/hr + $10/hr Quality Bonus (quarterly)

• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (forgivable over 3 years)

• Professional Liability Insurance

• $285/hr

• Travel, lodging, car rental provided

• 1-Year Contract | Block Scheduling

• PRN roles may convert to permanent

• $250/hr + $10/hr Quality Bonus (quarterly)

• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (forgivable over 3 years)

• Full Medical Coverage (Physician + Family)

• $5,000 CME + License Fees Paid

• ABEM-certified or BC/BE in EM or FM with ED experience

• 3+ years of trauma/ED experience with 250+ recent cases (FM/IM)

• Active ND license or ability to obtain

• Current PALS, ATLS, ACLS certifications

• Strong leadership and team-oriented mindset

• 25-bed hospital with a 4-bed open ICU

• Inpatient census: 815/day | Admissions: 23/day

• Supportive leadership, flexible block scheduling
