This leadership role involves building the program from the ground up, with a 50/50 split between clinical duties and administrative time.

Compensation: $350,000 - $400,000 annually.

Structure: 50% protected administrative time, 50% clinical time.

Key Responsibilities: Designing curriculum, leading ACGME accreditation efforts, recruiting faculty/residents, and establishing infrastructure.

Qualified Candidates:

Certification: Active ABEM Board Certification.

Experience: Minimum of three years as a faculty member in an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency.

Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., APD, Core Faculty, Site Director) within the last three years.

Licensure: Eligible for licensure in Colorado.
