Local Team Collaboration:
Join our collaborative, close-knit team of 6 physicians and 3 APPs at Martintown ER.
Work alongside a diverse group of clinicians with a wide range of expertise and experience.
Provide care across three sites in the Aiken area, including Aiken Regional Medical Center, Sweetwater ER, and our new Martintown Road ER location opening this fall.
Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.
Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.
Qualifications:
Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine.
A collaborative team player with a patient-centered approach.
Scheduling:
Flexible scheduling and opportunity to work between all 3 sites.
Opportunities for part-time and full-time roles, accommodating your professional and personal needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide coverage for Martintown ER.
Manage all aspects of community emergency medicine, collaborating closely with colleagues and consultants.

Rewards and Compensation:
1099 Compensation: $300/hr. days and $325/hr. nights.
