In Your Day-To-Day, You Will:

As Medical Director, you'll lead our ER team and specialists in a collaborative environment. You'll balance clinical shifts with leadership responsibilitiesoffering mentorship, upholding medical excellence, and helping to shape hospital growth.

What You Bring

• DVM or equivalent degree, with Ohio veterinary license (or eligibility)
• Emergency medicine background
• 35+ years of leadership or mentoring experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
• Confidence overseeing a team that includes specialists
