Part-Time Endodontist

Predominantly PPO patient base
Modern, comprehensive dental office

Practice Location Primary Office Gentle Dental – Marysville th St NE, Unit 103 Marysville, WA 98271
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endodontics
Endodontic Residency Certificate required
Graduate from an accredited dental school
Current Washington State Dental License (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
Current CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
