Job DescriptionJoin a high-volume ENT program in New York’s Southern Tier offering compensation up to $630K with additional RVU-based earning potential. Physicians can choose a substantial starting bonus or up to $200K in loan repayment, along with relocation assistance and a strong benefits package featuring employer retirement contributions, comprehensive coverage, generous paid time off, and malpractice with tail. The practice is supported by APPs and ENT subspecialists, with a broad mix of General ENT, Head & Neck, Otology, Rhinology, and pediatric cases across office and OR settings, plus optional teaching opportunities.
