Enterprise Portfolio & Value Manager

Job Title

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs

Advanced knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Lean Portfolio Management

Expertise in project management, including change and risk management, executive reporting, and data aggregation

Strong analytical skills with the ability to track progress, identify gaps, and recommend improvements

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively

Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all organizational levels

Experience delivering presentations to both virtual and in-person audiences

Prior experience in financial institutions is required
