Silver Lining wants to help you start your career in healthcare in the Rehoboth, Lewes and surrounding area. We're hiring full- and part-time HHAs and we'll get you certified through our free, 2-week HHA course, held in person Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

What you'll do:

• Each classroom day mixes lecture with hands-on skills practice
• Homework is assigned and required between sessions
• An optional open lab on Wednesdays gives you extra practice time
• Fridays test your skills through competency sign-offs
• After the course and orientation, you're ready to pick up shifts!

• Behavioral Health Paraprofessional training included, so you're prepared to support clients with behavioral and mental health needs

What we're looking for:

• Eligible to work in the U.S. (we're unable to provide sponsorship)
• Criminal background check that meets our hiring guidelines
• Physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot/FingerPrinting
• Able to lift, position, and transfer a client
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care

After certification, shifts are full- or part-time, including days, nights, and weekends, built around you.
