The position is focused on providing value worksite benefit programs for local businesses in St Peters, MO, and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate should have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, as well as engage in networking and community outreach to help clients improve their futures. Our company offers flexible hours, comprehensive training, with no prior experience required. 

• Service existing client base


• Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems


• Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM


• Focus on client management and growth


• Lead training and leadership development initiatives


• Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• Prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate


• Engage actively in community activities
