Let's work together to provide exceptional service and achieve great outcomes for clients.Compensation:$65,000 - $80,000+ yearlyResponsibilities:What you'll doManage discovery from start to finish: drafting, propounding, tracking, and organizing responsesPrepare and file court documents, and keep every filing deadline on the calendarDraft and assemble Rule 401 financial statements (CJD 301/301S) and supporting exhibitsServe as a steady point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and preparedKeep matters moving - anticipating next steps before the attorney has to askWhat we're looking forHands-on family law experience in the Massachusetts Probate & Family CourtCommand of court procedure, filing requirements, and financial statementsSharp attention to detail and genuine ownership of deadlinesClear, professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counselThe judgment to run a caseload independentlyQualifications:What You'll Bring5-8 years of hands-on family law paralegal experience in a Massachusetts firmDemonstrated proficiency with Clio Manage (required), you can set up matters, run reports, and keep a docket clean without supervisionDemonstrated experience e-filing in MA Probate & Family Court (required)Working command of the MA Domestic Relations Procedure, Supplemental Probate & Family Court Rules, and the Child Support GuidelinesStrong drafting skills: You can produce a clean motion or discovery response without a template handed to youKnowledge and comfort working with AI (Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT, Notebook LM, and Gemini)Excellent written and verbal communication; warm and professional with clients under stressHighly organized, calendar-driven, and comfortable juggling 40+ active mattersMicrosoft Word, Outlook, OneDrive/SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat fluencyNotary commission a plus (or willingness to obtain)Paralegal certificate or equivalent experienceAbout CompanyMartino Law Group, LLC is a respected, growing multi-practice firm representing clients throughout Massachusetts in Real Estate, Family Law & Divorce, Personal Injury, Probate, and Estate Planning.
