Experienced Welder

Jensen Transport is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Independence, Iowa. This full-time position offers a great opportunity for a dependable and detail-oriented individual with solid fabrication experience or machinist background.

The primary responsibility will be the repair and maintenance of tanker trailers. Candidates must be proficient in Tig Stainless primarily and Aluminum MIG secondary working on stainless and aluminum bodied trailers, including vehicle frame and uncarriage to ensure the structural integrity and safety of our fleet. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
