Precision Custom Components (PCC) is seeking experienced heavy metals manufacturing Fabricators (2nd shift) to join our team. This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in York, PA. At PCC, youll be part of a skilled team that delivers high-quality, made-to-spec components where precision, reliability, and customer focus matter. Whether youre driving results in the office or making them happen on the shop floor, youll collaborate across departments to solve problems, support efficient operations, and help ensure every component is completed safely, accurately, and with precision!


This position is part of our Collective Bargaining Unit (union).


2nd shift - Monday-Friday 3:30 PM to 11:55 PM.


($2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift positions).


Essential Duties and Qualifications for the Fabricator:



  • The ability to follow written instructions.

  • Experience working with hand tools such as grinders, tape measures, scales, etc.

  • Experience, or the ability to learn the use of a drill press, cut-off saw, gas cutting, sand blasting equipment, painting and stress relief operations.

  • Experience, or the ability to learn how to read and interpret blueprints related to the product.

  • Experience, or the ability to learn how to build component subassemblies/fabrications.

  • Must be a motivated person with the desire to either obtain or build on your existing knowledge/skills.

  • Good communications skills - ability to speak, read, write and understand English.

  • Good attendance.

  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 3:30PM to 11:55PM

  • US Citizenship required at time of hire.
