Fabricator/MIG Welder

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Alto, GA is seeking a Fabricator/MIG Welder to join our precision sheet metal team. This role fabricates and welds custom metal parts from blueprints, operating MIG welding equipment, press brakes, shears, and other fabrication tools. Responsibilities include layout, fit-up, tack welding, final welds, grinding, and finishing to tight tolerances while following safety and quality standards. The position works closely with engineers and assemblers, supports continuous improvement, and contributes to a collaborative, safety-focused production environment.
