As a Facilities & Production Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the equipment, systems, and facilities that power our pharmacy and fulfillment operations. The Facilities & Production Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of production equipment, automated dispensing systems, and facility infrastructure. This role serves as a key liaison between Facilities and Pharmacy Operations, ensuring equipment, building systems, and technical resources are operating reliably to support daily production goals. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting automated systems, supporting facility projects, coordinating repairs, and helping optimize production workflows. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working with technology and equipment, and supporting continuous operational improvement in a highly regulated environment.

The Facilities & Production Support Specialist helps ensure Birdi's pharmacy operations run safely, efficiently, and without interruption. By maintaining equipment, supporting automation, and ensuring facility readiness, you directly contribute to operational performance and help ensure patients receive their medications accurately and on time.
