The Opportunity
* Outpatient-Focused Practice with Inpatient and Nursing Home Opportunities
* 4 days per week in clinic with dedicated support from LPN/CMA with additional RN support for inbox and care coordination
* Hospitalist coverage 1 week out of every 3 (clinic schedule blocked for the first 2 hours each morning to allow inpatient rounds)
* No overnight call after 8 PM
* Opportunity for Nursing Home Medical Director leadership role

Compensation and Benefits
* Guaranteed base salary for 3-years
* $100,000 retention bonus
* $25,000 sign on bonus
* $15,000 relocation assistance
* 8 weeks PTO
