Practice Highlights
In this role, you will:
Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care
Care for patients across the lifespan in a patient-centered setting
Develop and manage an established patient panel
Provide preventive care, routine health screenings, and chronic disease management
Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
Provide health education, counseling, and appropriate follow-up care
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals across the multispecialty group
Utilize integrated clinical resources and technology to coordinate patient care
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and the local community

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for California medical licensure
