This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
- Details & requirements for this opportunity: Well woman care, Pediatric care, general outpatient cases
- Schedule: Monday -Friday 8a-5p
- Patients per day: 15-20
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Scope: Board Certified in Family medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS)
- State Licensure: Wisconsin State License
- Responsibility for Mid-Levels: To be determined.
