Schedule: As soon as possible - Unknown; Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; full-time

Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Types of Cases: Family Medicine; must see all ages from pediatrics through geriatrics; average 14-16 patients per day

Credentialing Timeframe: Not specified

Electronic Medical Record: Not specified

Certifications Required: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

Licensure Required: Minnesota medical license required to apply
