Outpatient Primary Care clinic in the heart of Orlando offering an excellent work-life balance within a true value-based care model.

- $230K–$260K base + up to 20% bonus(up to 300k+ potential)
- Mon–Fri, 8–5 (no nights or weekends)
- 15–18 patients per day
- Small patient panel — more time per patient
- Focus on senior population & quality outcomes
- Minimal call
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
