We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient practice in Sarasota, Florida. This opportunity offers a supportive clinical environment where physicians can provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages while emphasizing preventive medicine, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.
The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine health screenings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
- Annual Salary:$240,000 – $350,000
