This 100% outpatient opportunity offers a supportive, team-based environment in a highly desirable location just 30 minutes from Hartford and New Haven. With a coordinated care model, robust clinical support, and innovative tools like EPIC and Ambient AI, youll be empowered to focus on what matters mostdelivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Position details:

  • Role: 100% Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18+)
  • Location: Bristol CT
  • Schedule: Full-time, weekdays
  • Teaching: optional with faculty appointment
  • Phone Call Only: average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
  • Offerings: Guaranteed base, Loan Forgiveness Support, Uncapped incentive, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
  • BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
