What Youll DoNew Account Trials & Line QualificationSupport customers in adopting Cirkla's patented tray technology, a high-performance sustainable alternative to plastic traysVisit customer sites during trials and tray testing; observe performance and troubleshoot technical or application-related issues on the lineSupport customers in integrating trays onto their existing lines and equipment; denesting, line speed, pad compatibility, sealing parametersOwn the shelf-life test end-to-end: ship samples, deliver the technical data package, follow up weekly, and answer QA questions directlyProactively identify issues during trials and provide on-site or remote technical resolutionOngoing Account ManagementServe as the primary technical point of contact for all active customers post-conversionConduct regular check-ins and site visits to ensure customers are running Cirkla trays smoothly at their current volumesRespond rapidly to line issues, quality concerns, or operational changes at customer facilitiesTrack account health indicatorsTechnical Liaison & Sales EnablementMaintain a live view of trial status across active pipeline accountsCapture customer feedback, test results, line performance data, and improvement opportunitiesDocument trial learnings and maintain customer technical recordsCoordinate with R&D, production, and quality teams to implement required product or process modificationsFeed competitive intelligence back to the sales team: equipment in use, incumbent suppliers, objections raised at customer sitesWho You Are36 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or packaging rolesStrong understanding of packaging materials, food trays, or industrial packaging applicationsProven ability to manage ongoing customer relationships, not just close trialsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently at a customer siteGood communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simplyWillingness to travel frequently for customer visits and account management across the USHands-on experience with MAP/VSP, overwrap, or fresh protein packaging is a plusBenefits401(k) retirement planHealth insuranceTravel reimbursements for work-related travelFlexible working hoursPaid public holidaysImpact: Be a part of the early team of a business that will create a large meaningful impact on the planet while being profitableCulture: People who are super-driven, grounded and nice to work with!
