Field Dispatch Service

In person position: Field dispatch service for break fix calls including PCs, laptops, printers, POS, and many other assorted products. The ability to show up for work every day and on time, above average customer service skills, and be able to communicate verbally, written, and electronically Monday thru Friday 9 to 6 with an on call rotation for weekends and afterhours. 1 to 2 years field service experience is needed, more is preferred. Current CompTIA A+ is required, as this is a Tech II position. Rate: $18-20. Potentially driving up to 100 mi, but most days should be less. Omaha/Lincoln, NE and surrounding area.
