What You'll Do
- Read and follow assembly drawings Use voltmeters, testing equipment, and basic hand tools Enter and review test data Solder circuit boards Inspect parts and identify cosmetic defects Assemble military and aviation batteries Maintain a clean and safe work area Support, mentor, and help train team members
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods Lift and maneuver up to 90 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Wear required PPE, including a respirator when needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience Willingness to learn and teach assembly processes Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, early morning start, Saturday as needed Approximately 50+ hours per week
Compensation
