Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Minimum Degree: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance minimum

Position: Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

Financials

• Review financial results for the manufacturing plants
• Preparation of Management Information for the plants
• COGS analytical report generation and publication
• Review and sign off of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for plants
• Review of FCCS reporting, and annual signed financials
• Financial data for operations
• Manage the process for financial forecasting, budgets and monthly outlook
• Preparation of all financial reports. Oversee treasury and insurance activities
• Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
• Implement and oversee internal controls. Manage internal and external audits
• Weekly Flash Report Templates and organize meetings with all HOD's and explain variances
• Input and completion of the monthly management letter
• Report cost savings initiatives and progress for operations monthly
• Management of CAPEX spending, approvals and reporting monthly Audits
• Gather, review and submit information requested from external auditors, and resolve all the queries.
• Coordinate with internal auditor and resolve the queries
• Coordinate for any other type of audits
• Inventories
• Coordinate stock takes and reporting of results
• Cost Rolls
• Coordinate with all involved for the annual cost rolls and publish results
• Accounting
• Warranty and Price accruals
• Excess and Obsolete process, review and results
• Taxation
• Review Federal and state tax, Local and Freeport Exemption liabilities.

Budget

• Responsible for complete guidance and review of the manufacturing plants.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• US GAAP working knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years Controller Experience
• 10+ years Manufacturing Accounting with proven increased responsibility
• CPA or MBA professional certification, preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
