What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage Mid-Range Plans and financial projections.
• Build sophisticated financial models.
• Analyze multi-entity and multi-currency transactions.
• Develop KPIs and management dashboards.
• Translate financial results into business recommendations.
• Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.
• Support strategic and investment decisions.
• Provide financial guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Partner with senior business and executive leaders.
• Lead and develop finance team members.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years progressive finance experience.
• Strong FP&A or business finance background.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• ERP financial-system experience.
• Strong analytical and business judgment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence business decisions through data.
• Comfortable working across international, multi-entity environments.
