Account Representative Position

The account representative deploys skills in sales and marketing to promote various financial products, ensuring compliance with goals and procedures established by the institution.

Essential Functions:

  • Promote actively different financial products, adapting sales strategies to achieve and exceed established goals.
  • Manage the complete loan process, from application to disbursement, providing guidance and assistance to clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the loan process, including collection, telemarketing, posting payments in the cash box, and cash reconciliation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform post-sales follow-up to guarantee service quality and continuous customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with the institution's internal procedures and policies at all stages of the process.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of any problems.
  • Stay updated on the financial products offered, as well as changes in relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum fourth-year diploma.
  • Previous experience in sales or offering financial products or services.
  • Ability to meet sales goals.
  • Experience in handling cash register.
