Remote On The East Coast

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Manage overall HR processes, metrics and policies
• Manage and resolve employee issues
• Extensive knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and employee management
• Provide counseling, coaching, career development and any disciplinary actions
• Position has responsibilities at multiple locations and states in the East Coast area

Skills And Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with SHRM or PHR preferred
• 5+ years' experience in an HRBP or similar role in a large manufacturing/distribution facility (preferred but not required)
• Extensive HR regulations and law knowledge
• Office Proficiency
• HRIS knowledge
• Excellent time management skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 25% of time

**Bilingual Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required
