Fitter Welder

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Fitter Welder to join our precision sheet metal fabrication team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will interpret blueprints and weld symbols, fit and tack complex assemblies, and perform high-quality MIG/TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum components. You will operate fabrication equipment, verify dimensions, and inspect welds to meet tight tolerances and customer specifications. Working in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment, you’ll support continuous improvement, maintain clean work areas, and help deliver reliable, custom metal solutions for diverse industries.
