Schedule
- Monday & Friday: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Tuesday - Thursday: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Flexible coverage available)
- Tracheostomy (Trach) Care
- G-Tube Care
- Skilled Nursing Assessments
- Medication Administration
- Ongoing Patient Monitoring
- Flexible weekend scheduling
- One-on-one patient care
- Consistent hours available
- Meaningful relationship-building with patient and family
- Opportunity to utilize and grow specialized nursing skills
Pay Rate: $33 - $35 / per hour
