Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in production processes within a manufacturing facility. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow on the assembly line.
• Train, mentor, and support team members in their roles, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor production metrics and report on performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing facility.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed to facilitate production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, performing basic maintenance as required.
• Collaborate with management to implement best practices in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, with an understanding of assembly processes.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in logistics or inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain quality standards throughout production.
• Be able to work in a cold and wet environment
