We are looking for an energetic, people-focused Front of House Manager who leads by example and creates a strong sense of connection among our team and our guests. This person will be a visible presence in the restaurant, helping create an elevated guest experience while building a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Culture
- Lead and motivate the Front of House team through clear communication, coaching, and example.
- Create a workplace where FOH employees feel valued, connected, and supported.
- Build strong relationships between FOH and BOH teams and encourage teamwork throughout the restaurant.
- Be a dependable leader who staff naturally look to for direction.
- Address performance and guest-service issues professionally and consistently.
- Help develop and maintain FOH training, service standards, and procedures.
Guest Experience
- Be highly visible and engaged on the restaurant floor.
- Warmly greet guests and create genuine connections with them.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our guests, service standards, and overall hospitality experience.
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns and find appropriate solutions.
- Help ensure every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of.
Restaurant Operations
- Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage seating flow, reservations, floor operations, and table turns while maintaining service quality.
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust according to business volume.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to keep communication and service running smoothly.
- Ensure restaurant standards for cleanliness, organization, presentation, and service are consistently maintained.
Events & Special Projects
- Help plan, organize, and execute restaurant events, promotions, and special experiences.
- Generate new ideas to improve the guest experience, staff engagement, and restaurant business.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and utilize team members to successfully execute events and projects.
- Take ownership of projects from the idea stage through completion.
Training & Development
- Train and coach employees on hospitality, service standards, menu knowledge, guest interaction, and sales techniques.
- Conduct ongoing floor observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Help identify opportunities for employee development and advancement.
- Create an environment where employees understand expectations and have the tools to succeed.
