You'll also… * Conduct daily audits of food service areas. * Prepare reports with the Food & Beverage Director (should include daily/weekly recaps and recommendations for improving processes). * Correct immediate areas of deficiencies when observed and notify management to ensure follow up. * Provide food safety training for all associates. * Report all maintenance concerns that could have an adverse effect on food and personal safety (including PPE). * Report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision. * Ensure all safety equipment is being used properly, alert Supervisor for any malfunctions, safety concerns or needs. * Act as a liaison between the Foods Division and Park Safety Department. * Assist in completing accident reports. * Participate in all Everclean scheduled and unscheduled audits. * Prepare any needed reports and action plans to correct areas of deficiency. * Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
