What You'll Do:

• Master Essential Operations: Drive lift trucks and precision equipment to move materials, stage pallets, load/unload shipments, and track inventory with the latest warehouse tools.
• Be the Backbone: Collaborate closely with teammates to keep production running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
• Stay on the Move: Enjoy variety and hands-on workno two days are exactly the same!

What You Bring:

• 12 years of driving lift trucks like a pro (sit-down double fork, sit-down clamp, or similar).
• Completion of forklift safety training, or you prove your skills during an on-site test.
• Current certification preferred, but recent training works, too!
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter who thrives in a team setting.
• Passion for safety, accountability, and consistent performance.

Physical Expectations:

Thriving in our warehouse means you're comfortable with physical taskslifting up to 40 lbs, bending, carrying, climbing, and moreplus the focus and stamina to be on your game every shift.
