Job Summary: Do you walk into a room and turn heads with your energy? Can you spark a conversation, make a stranger smile, and close a dealall before noon? If so, Crunch Fitness wants YOU. We're looking for Brand Ambassadors who aren't afraid to stand out, who live loud, and who can sell the Crunch vibe before the doors even open. During pre-sales, we don't just talk about fitnesswe build hype, make noise, and flood the community with positivity. You'll be stationed in our Crunch Camper HQ, the go-to retail hub for all things Crunch, and you'll be our boots-on-the-ground force for awareness, lead generation, and good vibes. You'll be the voice, face, and spirit of Crunchout in the world, turning leads into members and strangers into fans

Duties: Lead generation & daily hustle, camper & retail center support, community outreach & local partnerships, join conversion & quota crushing, culture & brand representation

Job Types: Full-time, part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Shift: 8 hour shift, 4-6 hour shift

Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required), Customer service: 1 year (Required)
