As a Front of House Team Member (Cashier/Guest Experience), you'll create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Become highly knowledgeable on all menu items, POS systems, and service procedures.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality: Provide friendly, clear, and professional communication to every guest.
• Stay attentive and proactive in meeting guest needs to deliver prompt service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food preparation and guest service areas
• Perform front-counter cleaning and sanitation duties, including equipment cleaning and supply rotation
• Prioritize Food Safety: Follow sanitation, cleaning, and storage procedures in strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Bring the energy: Support a calm, positive, and hospitable atmosphere during high-volume peak hours.
• Work in a team: work hand-in-hand with fellow team members to ensure operational excellence on every shift.

• A positive, service-oriented attitude: A genuine desire to serve others with a smile.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Team player: Someone who communicates respectfully and supports their teammates.
• Be able to work a minimum of 13 hours a week.
• Available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
