What Youll Do

• Collaborate as a key team player to exceed production quotas while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance in cannabis fulfillment.


• Bring a hungry, innovative mindset to optimize processes and elevate efficiency in a dynamic, cannabis-focused warehouse.


• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a passion for the cannabis industry while tackling physically demanding tasks.

What Youll Bring

• Pick, pack, and label cannabis orders with precision, speed, and creative problem-solving to meet strict quality and regulatory standards.


• Master cutting-edge inventory systems and databases, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with cannabis industry regulations.


• Drive innovation by identifying process improvements to boost productivity, from packaging to inventory management, without compromising quality.


• Maintain a clean, compliant, and organized workspace, adhering to cannabis-specific regulatory requirements and championing team-driven solutions.


• Stay flexible to meet unexpected deadlines, including overtime, in a fast-paced, ever-evolving cannabis production environment.

Physical Stuff

• Showcase manual dexterity and stamina for repetitive tasks, ensuring consistent precision in handling cannabis products.


• Adapt to state-of-the-art cannabis processing tools and equipment, mastering new technologies with ease.


• Handle lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. while maintaining safety standards.
