Fulfillment Supervisor

The role

As the Fulfillment Supervisor, you will play an important part in providing direction to the order fulfillment team by ensuring timely food production and commitments.

The Tasks

• Lead a team of 4-12 associates per shift


• Coordinate flow of shift & assign tasks


• Work closely with market leadership to achieve key results


• Pick meals according to customer order fulfillment sheets


• Palletize completed orders


• Pack, load, and ship outbound orders to meet required timelines for daily departure


• Ensure our fulfillment rooms are clean and organized

Qualifications

• Experience in lead/supervisor role is a plus


• Enjoys a fast paced environment


• Ability to multi task


• Ability to work in a cold prep area kept at 35 degrees


• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds without assistance


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Must be at least 18 years old


• Ability to speak Spanish is helpful


• Sense of urgency


• Attention to detail


• Positive attitude
