Driver Temp Trainee Job Description: This is the initial position to allow an applicant to attend class with the Transportation Department and receive the CDL license required to be a bus driver. Hourly rate: $21.00 (no benefits)

Substitute Bus Driver: This position requires a CDL license but is not on a fulltime schedule. Hourly rate: $27.00 (no benefits). Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D., or currently working to complete G.E.D. Valid commercial driver's license with evidence of a good driving record- will train for CDL. Must be 21 years of age. Practices effective written and verbal communication skills. Current employment incentives: Up to $75.00 reimbursement for permit testing and license expenses upon completion of CDL certification. $150.00 contract signing bonus upon successful completion of 91st day of full-time hire.

Bus Driver Job Description: Hourly rate: $29.2333 (benefits optional). Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. Valid commercial driver's license with evidence of a good driving record. Must be 21 years of age. Practices effective written and verbal communication skills.
