Full-Time CDL Roll-Off DriverIronclad Waste Solutions is hiring a full-time CDL Roll-Off Driver to serve customers throughout Central Ohio.We are a small, family-owned company looking for a dependable, safety-focused driver who provides excellent customer service and takes ownership of their daily routes, customer relationships, equipment, and follow-through. The right person will stay organized, communicate proactively, and take pride in completing the work safely and professionally.What We Offer$28$32 per hour, based on experiencePaid holidaysPTOMonday through Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings Daily start and end times vary based on routes and customer needsTypically 4050 hours per week, with OT paid after 40 hoursOpportunity to take on additional responsibility as the company growsResponsibilitiesSafely deliver, exchange, and pick up roll-off containersOperate equipment safely and follow company proceduresComplete route assignments and provide excellent customer servicePerform pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsFollow all local, state, and federal safety requirementsQualificationsValid Class A or Class B CDLAcceptable driving recordTwo Years Commercial driving experience requiredRoll-off or waste-industry experience preferredManual-transmission experience preferred, but not requiredDependable, safety-focused, and able to work independentlyAbility to pass required pre-employment screeningAs a growing company, every employee plays an important role in the service we provide.
