Liquor Manager

Cub Hastings is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a Full-Time Liquor Manager position! The Liquor Manager is responsible for leading the overall success of the liquor store by delivering exceptional customer experience, driving profitable sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. This role creates a welcoming, engaging shopping environment while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous development.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing store team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Recognize and celebrate individual and team accomplishments while addressing performance concerns promptly and effectively. Serve as the store's customer service leader by resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally. Support special orders, customer pickups, and eCommerce fulfillment while maintaining service standards. Lead all day-to-day store operations, ensuring execution of company standards, policies, and procedures. Drive sales growth and profitability through effective business planning and execution. Optimize staffing and scheduling to balance customer service, productivity, and labor efficiency. Partner with the District Manager and cross-functional business partners to achieve company initiatives and operational goals. Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must meet all state and local licensing or certification requirements related to the sale of alcoholic beverages. Responsible Beverage Server certification, where required by state or local regulations.

Minimum of 2 years of retail management, customer service, hospitality, or related leadership experience required. Managing financial performance, labor, inventory, merchandising, and operational execution. Previous knowledge and experience with sales of beer, wine and spirits is preferred.

Lifting/carrying up to 75 lbs. Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment. Walking on uneven ground Reaching, bending, repetitive motions
