The Funeral Director/Manager manages all phases of the funeral arrangement from preparation, setting up funeral services, to final disposition. The Funeral Director/Embalmer interacts directly with client families, making arrangements, handling all aspects of the service to ensure all guests receive a flawless experience. They will also coordinate staff schedules, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee funeral services, and maintain the facility's operations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience
• Associates degree or higher
• Funeral Director License
• Embalmer License
• Good communication skills and comfortable meeting with families
