General Laborer – Seosonal

General Laborer Seasonal: Hastings, Minnesota

Our customer in Hastings, Minnesota, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. Were recruiting General Laborers to work on a seasonal basis on 1st shift. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations by performing physical labor tasks throughout the facility during the planting season.

Responsibilities of the General Laborer:

• Load and unload materials throughout the facility.
• Perform general labor tasks including standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed.
• Package, sort, or stock products in warehouse or production areas.

General Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, commonly 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and coordination required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow work instructions.

Pay for General Laborer: $18.00/hour.

Type: Seasonal, 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00am 3:30pm.
