JOB SUMMARY

Facilitate production by handling general tasks in and around the shop.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1 year experience working in a similar position doing manual labor

High school diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual preferred but not required.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Ability to do physical labor

Ability to work in all weather

Must be punctual and reliable

Required to maintain a valid drivers license

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform general labor that is required to support the production team with the fabrication, welding, painting, and assembling of equipment.

Use cranes and lifts to stage large materials in the fabrication area.

Prep items for painting including power washing and taping units as instructed.

Use power tools including drills and impacts to assemble components to equipment.

Set up and clean workstations to ensure production runs smoothly

Help stage parts in storage cabinets for the fabrication and assembly areas.

Help verify inventory by performing cycle counts

Use the company vehicle to pick up parts and materials when needed

Keep work areas clean, including tables, cabinets, and floors.

Keep materials and parts organized

Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
