Job Description

Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and delivering product by car. Training includes orientation and on-the-job training. Communication skills involve comprehending and giving correct written instructions and verbally communicating with customers and co-workers. Essential functions and skills include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing accurately, making correct monetary change, and having motor coordination for precise movements. Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperature fluctuations, fumes from food odors, commercial dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing involves talking, hearing on the telephone, and near and mid-range vision. Temperaments include directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting quality control standards, dealing with people, analyzing and compiling data, and making judgments and decisions. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks. Requires valid driver license with safe driving record, access to insured vehicle for delivery, navigational skills, and physical demands for delivery.
